VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS
Sam has had the pleasure of working with some of the areas best builders, bringing a wealth of commercial and custom residential experience to the table as well as completing multiple award winning homes and remodels. He personally ensures the success of each project through his hands on approach and continuous involvement in the process from start to finish.
From a young age Sam has always enjoyed working in the construction industry. From the age of 15, working summer holidays as a construction laborer for a family friends construction company, Sam has worked his way up the chain over the last 18 years serving in positions such as Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Field Operations Manager, Project Manager and now a Certified Building Contractor.
After being laid off during the recession back in 2007 Sam fulfilled his dream to serve his country as a soldier in the US Army. Enlisting as a Combat Engineer, Sam served as a Sergeant under the US Army Corps of Engineer whilst living overseas in Germany and deploying to Iraq in Support of Operation Iragi Freedom 08-10, with the 9th Engineer Battalion. As other veterans would understand, Sams service to his country helped shape him into the person he is today; a person who's daily commitment to the Army Values is lifelong and demonstrated both personally and professionally.
Among many other certifications, Sam graduated locally from Everglades University with both a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Masters of Business Administration. He has also completed the OSHA 30 Safety course as well as the FL Energy Rater Class 1, 2 & 3 and holds a designation with the NAHB as a Certified Residential Superintendent.
Sam is a proud member of both the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association (MS-BIA) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
